This mid-town former warehouse was transformed into a movie producer’s fantasy of a Technicolor blimp hangar complete with blimp and screening lounge. As the front door with the ship's porthole opens, the 38-foot-long custom ceiling mounted blimp, illuminated with 16.5 million colors and software for endless light configurations comes into view. Walls and ceilings feature moveable sculptures by Iosif Rezi of Quest Solutions. These were made from the owner’s collection of antique tools and parts that act as door pulls and light fixtures.
