Under the bridge in south Williamsburg, eastern design influences meet the ‘art of permanence’ in a temple of modern materials, graffiti and rare antique furniture. Large glazed doors of topless tattoo stations open onto a salvaged wood runway, numerous skylights highlight the spiral stair case and indoor balcony below while the shimmering spot lights throw dichroic glare off of large, beautiful jewelry cases. Props such as motorcycles and Chinese fighting swords along with the colorful people add to the dynamic rock and roll atmosphere.
